DUTIES & TAXES; Orders outside of Australia are shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis, allowing customers to pay for additional duties & taxes at checkout. DDP is calculated using delivery location and the value of the order. DDP is added to the cost of your order at checkout, however STAX. has no control over any additional duties & taxes upon import. Please note, STAX. cannot cover the cost of duties & taxes. For more information please contact your local customs office.
PRE-SALE & IN STOCK ITEMS; Please contact us directly at helpme@stax.com.au in order to split pre-sale and in stock items into two shipments, this is done automatically and free of charge for Australian orders over $180. Please note, we cannot split pre-sale and in stock shipments for overseas orders.
